Nina Romanenko and the Rhythm Cat blend old timey jazz, country, blues, folk and rockabilly in a toe-tapping performance of originals as well as classics of legendary artists like Bessie Smith, Elizabeth Cotton, Mississippi John Hurt and Patsy Cline. Songs of fun and whimsy are woven with those of meaning, conscience and history. Mike Harrison adds acoustic/electric bass to Nina's vocals and acoustic guitar. Guest artists may add more.
